Our Service Policies

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Hydro Edge Pressure Washing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accepting a quote, scheduling service, or allowing work to begin, the customer (“Client”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work
Services will be performed as outlined in the written estimate or invoice. Any additional services requested by Client that are not included in the original estimate may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates & Pricing
All quotes are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Pricing may be adjusted if:
• Additional staining or buildup is discovered
• Property size differs from stated measurements
• Surfaces require additional treatment
• Access limitations exist
Client approval will be obtained before additional charges are applied.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, check, or electronic payment. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Roof Cleaning Disclaimer
Roof cleaning is performed using a soft wash method designed to safely remove algae, mold, and staining.
Client acknowledges:
• Black streaks are caused by algae (Gloeocapsa magma)
• Cleaning will not repair damaged, brittle, or failing shingles
• Pre-existing damage, loose shingles, cracked tiles, or deteriorated materials are not the responsibility of Hydro Edge Pressure Washing
We are not responsible for leaks resulting from pre-existing roof conditions.

5. Siding & Exterior Cleaning Disclaimer
Soft washing and pressure washing may expose:
• Oxidation
• Faded paint
• Pre-existing cracks
• Loose siding
• Improperly sealed windows or doors
Hydro Edge Pressure Washing is not responsible for damage resulting from:
• Improper installation
• Aging materials
• Pre-existing defects
• Water intrusion due to structural deficiencies

6. Concrete Cleaning Disclaimer
While we use professional surface cleaners and post-treatment solutions:
• Some stains (rust, oil, battery acid, fertilizer stains) may be permanent
• Results may vary depending on surface age and condition
We do not guarantee complete stain removal.

7. Plant & Landscaping Disclaimer
We take precautions to protect landscaping by pre-wetting, rinsing, and using proper dilution ratios. However:
• Some plant sensitivity is beyond our control
• Client is responsible for notifying us of delicate plants
• Pre-existing plant stress or disease is not our responsibility

8. Property Access
Client agrees to provide clear access to all areas to be cleaned, including:
• Driveways
• Electrical outlets
• Water spigots
• Roof access areas
Hydro Edge Pressure Washing is not responsible for delays caused by restricted access.

9. Weather & Rescheduling
Services may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule for safety and quality reasons.

10. Limitation of Liability
Hydro Edge Pressure Washing’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.
We shall not be liable for:
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Pre-existing property damage
• Loss of use or inconvenience

11. Satisfaction Guarantee
If Client is not satisfied, they must notify us within 48 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
